Research, develop, and implement certificate programs for various groups of employees within the organization - custom programs and those developed in concert with educational institutions
Work with management to formulate "job specific" operational and production training
Conduct "in-service" training for employees and managers
Develop and establish a protocol for successful staff meetings to facilitate operations and communications
Research industry training programs in the public and private sector and make specific recommendations to management
